Position: Litigation Clerk
Company Background: Registered Law Firm
Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
Working Day: Mon-Fri
Working Location : Kota Southkey, 80150 Johor Bahru, Johor
Salary Range: RM 2500 to RM3000

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing notice of demand, summons, statement of claim and other related cause papers until judgment
- Filling cause paper via e-filling
- Preparing and all cause paper for foreclosure proceeding for Land Office, High Court and private auction.
- Preparing all cause paper for all general cases including but not limited to all nature of civil action, Divorce, OS for Citizenship application, winding up, bankruptcy and all modes of execution.
- Monitoring all cases to ensure compliance of Turn Around Time.
- Monitoring chase payment for legal fees from all clients
- Supervising service of the cause papers
- Preparing status report and informing client of the same
- Preparing quotations
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM if not higher
- Able to speak, read and write fluently in Malay and English
- Able to speak and / or read and / or write more than the 2 languages above is a distinct advantage
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- An experience in banking litigation
- A team worker
