What You'll Do:

Set up & check equipment before live streams for a smooth experience. Manage ads & promotions during live sessions to boost engagement. Keep track of product inventory to ensure accurate info during streams. Upload and ensure product listings are high-quality, SEO-optimized, and include compelling descriptions, and accurate specifications. Answer customer questions in real time via live chat. Organize flash sales, giveaways & interactive events to increase sales. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly. Help with packing orders when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Speaks

Mandarin & English

Tech-savvy & quick with hands

- able to handle multiple tasks Familiar with

e-commerce platforms, e.g Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc.

(or willing to learn!) Available to
