We will spark a revolution in the virtual streaming industry with the launch of AniLive!On November 27th, 2023, we announced that we secured USD 12.7 million in funding during our seed round, bringing our total funding to approximately USD 14.8 million.The RoleThis manager role is about boosting revenue by using data-driven strategies to develop engaging content and in-app events that resonate with AniLive users. You\xe2\x80\x99ll plan and execute strategy for the Live Ops team and Graphic team, and ensure our live and graphic operations run smoothly by collaborating with other divisions such as the marketing, community, and partnerships divisions. Your goal is to create a feedback loop that continuously improves user experiences and drives growth while bringing creative ideas to life.You will be responsible for :

• Creating strategies for live operations, monetization, and in-app content, considering viewer and streamer expectations.
• Launching live in-app events based on trends, use data-driven analysis to optimize user retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Allocating resources, manage recruitment and onboarding, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinating efforts across teams to maintain project progress.
• Coordinating with different divisions (Product, Marketing, Community, and Alliance) to synchronize efforts and maintain progress.
• Leading and motivating the Live Ops and Graphic teams, conducting regular meetings to update teams on project status and address any issues or roadblocks.

• You have at least 5 years experience experience in the role, especially with free-to-play mobile games or live-streaming apps in the North America region or global market.
• You have at least 1 years of experience managing a team.
• You possess a Deep understanding of monetization and event design, as well as engagement drivers in live service games or live-streaming apps.
• You have well found experience in graphic design and motion graphic/Live2D avatar assets.
• You possess a solid project management experience.
• You have experience using Notion, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• You are analytical, problem-solver and possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A deep enthusiasm for Japanese entertainment including anime, manga, gaming, and VTubing. You should be highly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the industry essentially, you must be an otaku!
