Job Description

Responsibilities:


Execution of day to day operations and management of e-commerce platform. Preparation of product listings for livestreams Oversee order processing and fulfilment Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping and returns & refunds. Handle returns, exchanges and refund requests in accordance with company policies Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities and area for improvement.
Qualifications/Requirement:


Familiarity with platforms like Tiktok Live, Facebook Live, and others Understanding of cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment used in live streaming. Proficiency in using streaming software like Tiktok Live, Jambo System, Meta Business etc. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication,Marketing or related field. Or, proven with at least 1 year experience in customer service or experience in managing live streams or related roles. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to interact with the audience and manage chat effectively. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected issues during live streams especially when dealing with technical difficulties or difficult viewers. Demonstrates ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as monitoring chat, managing technical aspects, and interacting with the host.
