Livestream User & Revenue Strategy Manager

Job Description

  • Analyze Livestream revenue trends and user needs from the perspective of the system to drive revenue, craft and execute user strategy.
  • Collaborate with different countries operations teams to build and execute core operational processes - such as business planning, reporting, and ongoing Livestream operations management.
  • Collaborate with the Product and R&D team, analyze user needs according to business, iterate operation strategy and promote product optimization.
  • Drive revenue and operational goals including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against OKR, and assisting in product updates.
  • Pay attention to the user experience, analyze the aspects that affect user behavior on the platform and create an effective strategy to improve TikTok-Live user experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or above; fluent communication with 3 years and more relevant work experience in TMT consulting or user-centric tech companies.
  • Have a good understanding of user generated content products like short videos, livestream, social media and able to formulate insightful analysis.
  • Good logical thinking skills and strong learning ability.
  • Comfortable with using data analyzing tools.
  • Has a good sense of ownership, good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
