Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating the administration of the LMS between internal teams and the LMS vendor or provider. Provide immediate support to LMS administrators, trainers, and departmental representatives in using the LMS effectively. Conduct training sessions for administrators, trainers, and departmental representatives to enhance their understanding and use of the LMS. Support trainers during live training sessions, ensuring the LMS operates smoothly and efficiently. Assist in creating courses and uploading learning materials to the LMS in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Perform quality checks on uploaded content and test LMS functionalities before launching courses or materials.
