THE ROLE

Develop short to mid-term marketing solutions for LNG projects.
Analyze market trends, technical and sentiments attributes within Asia pacific markets to develop and implement profitable Trading Strategies.
Provide timely and accurate market intelligence of LNG supply/demand, pricing and economic analysis.
Provide economic evaluation of complex LNG commercial long/medium/short transactions and origination activities.
Detailed Analysis of short to mid-term price review negotiations with long term buyers.
Identify profitable trading/optimization opportunities.
Establish and build 3rd Party relationships with customers in the region for LNG deals opportunities.
Active participation in the Company's strategic and LNG related tactical discussions.
Closely monitor and always keep abreast with latest markets trends and proposal on best marketing strategies for potential business opportunities.
Generate optimization trading opportunities.
Trade physical LNG cargoes.
Active exposure management & P&L reporting.
Collaborate with Logistics department with regards to Logistics Operations, Chartering etc.
Spot-short term tender preparation.
Active collaboration / coordination with stakeholders on sale of cargo related processes.
Work collaboratively with joint venture projects to devise marketing plans, taking account of shipping requirements, that seek to maximize the value of production having due regard to pricing and operational risk.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in the relevant field
10 years of related experience in LNG; with experience in major player in petrochemical industry an added advantage.
Good knowledge and is familiar with international trading business.
Familiar with global petrochemical industry.
Good communications and interpersonal Skills.
Strong Business Acumen and Analytical skills.
