Loan Manager (sales)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Management sales and debit collection team
\xc2\xb7 Plan and control company work
\xc2\xb7 Leading team to corporate and develop new sales.
\xc2\xb7 Explore new business opportunities to drive the business revenue and achieve sales target.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and analysis and formulate business development strategies.
\xc2\xb7 Formulate, develop, and improve the loan products to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of solid experiences in personal loan or mortgage loan industry.
- Knowledge on loan products and related regulatory requirements.
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin. (Dealing with Chinese speaking customers)
- Diploma or above in Finance or related disciplines.
- Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
