An exciting Loan Operations Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for a loans specialist who is a leader in their field.

About the Loan Operations Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for providing support to the regional loan operations team, prepare for and support the shift away from Inter Bank Offered Rates [IBOR] to Alternative Reference Rates [ARR].

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the team in project meetings to ensure that loan operations interests are properly represented
• Draft new operating procedures and define and document changes to the operating model as it impacts loan operations
• Anticipate client impact/reaction and ensure that controls and processes are fit for purpose in the new environment
• Assist the Regional Head in ensuring that all team members are educated as to the impact of the change and are fully trained on the new procedures and policies

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate working in a fast-moving environment whilst maintaining a high quality of work deliverance. The successful candidate would also need to possess good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/honour's degree or equivalent is preferred
• Multiple years in the loan industry including syndicated, agency lending
• Relevant experience in loan operations, administration, documentation, agency is advantageous
• An understanding of loan documentation
• Project management skills
• Loan IQ lending platform experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to be a strong team player and showcase excellent communication skills
