Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Global Bank in Singapore and is looking for a Loan Operations Manager to join the Team. Role Responsibilities
- Handling of the day-to-day loan operations activities, ensuring timely, accurate and reliable processing of loan disbursements, rate-fixing, preparation of funding advice, processing rollovers and collection of principal repayments, interest, and fees.
- Implementation of credit limits in systems.
- Preparation of SWIFT Payments.
- To perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts
- Reporting of overdue collections, portfolio, and management reporting.
- Provide support for legal documentation on credit facilities such as preparation of facility letters and other security documents, review of operational aspects of credit facilities, verification of authorised signatures, checking of conditions precedents and conditions subsequent.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency projects and cost-saving projects.
- Knowledge in Credit and Loan Administration with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling loan operations for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities
- Essential loan documentation knowledge.
- Candidate must be meticulous, accurate, timely and reliable in loan processing.
- Enthusiasm to learn and to take on process improvement projects.
- Ability to work to independently and thrive well in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of proactiveness
