Job Description

Our client, a growing wholesale bank, is looking for a loan officer under their operations department. You will be part of the pioneer batch of the team, looking into premium banking services, inclusive but not limited to mortgage loan, secured loans, insurance financing, etc. You will gain the exposure to the private banking products with alternative exposure to corporate banking. (We welcome individuals who are previously covering loan related duties in retail banking, or individuals covering premium wealth clients)\xe2\x80\x8bResponsibilitiesPrepare loan documentation - such as facility letters or security documentations.Liaise and communicate with front office, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all bank limitations are adhered to.Ensure due diligence and proper documentation has been executed.Prepare notification and terminator letter, alongside performing UAT testing whenever needed.Perform daily loan application, account opening or drawdowns.Requirements:Min Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
