Loan Origination And Syndication (loan Transactor)

Job Description
- Work closely with senior team members to originate, execute and distribute syndicated loans transactions across bank\xe2\x80\x99s geographical footprint.
- To engage clients together with relationship teams to understand business requirements and identify / realize financing opportunities.
- Prepare financing proposals including cashflow, termsheets, pitchbooks and underwriting approvals.
- Co-ordination of transactions with other Mandated Lead Arrangers and Banks / NBFIs.
- Handle information package (including financial modelling)/client presentations/bank meetings/road show logistics.
- Handle documentation with internal and external counsels.
- Support agency business
- Prepare periodic market updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- 2-3 years of corporate banking / credit-related experience.
- Proficiency with English and Mandarin
- Good presentation and marketing skill
- Strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills.
- Good team player who is independent and pro-active.
