Prepare liquidity analysis and internal underwriting memos for getting credit approvals.Given most banks, credit funds and insurance investors for Indian financings are based in South East Asia and North Asia region, the candidate should meet them on a regular basis on specific deals and even on non-deal basis. Direct relationships with such investors is expected.Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely launch and closing of syndicationTo coordinate secondary selldown of loan positions to achieve final agreed hold positionYour skills and experience:To be successful in this role you will have:At least 10 years with an international bank doing loan business as part of origination and syndication teams focusing on India business.Experience of independently running syndication process for at least 2 years.Having direct contact with potential participating banks both with syndicate teams and corporate banking teams.Commercial focus, ability to take initiatives, and skills to solve complex business problemsAbility to articulate ideas confidently and concisely.Team Player\xe2\x80\x9cRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
