Job Description

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Loan Processing Officer.Responsibilities

• Work closely with brokers to support their customers' applications and settlements
• Collection and sorting of customer documentation on internal CRM
• Data entry into Loan Submission Portals
• Monitoring and quality control of compliance documentation
• Submission of loan application to Lender
• Monitoring of loan application progress until loan settlement

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the mortgage industry is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Have high attention to detail
• Strong self/time management skills & ability to multi-task
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic.
• Have a great presentation and excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills (especially over the phone)
• A high degree of competency in computers and online web-based applications
