This role is mainly responsible for credit analysis, credit review, and KYC duties
Evaluate financial status and credit worthiness as well as compose credit reports on potential and existing customers for HO's credit evaluation and approval
Review financial covenants and undertakings on existing facilities, obligors, and guarantors; enhance monitoring when credit risk arises
Assess credit scores on existing customers for ratings and assessments in terms of loan asset quality
Perform CDD on obligors and guarantors to identify PEPs and UBO as well as to comply with AML/CFT regulations and internal policy
Assist to liaise with parties through above processes and ensure to obtain essential data and documents for both HO and the Branch

Requirements:

A recognized university degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in banking industry; proven work experience as a credit officer is an advantage
Familiar with credit analysis, risk management, and debt collection
Great command of written and spoken both English and Chinese to liaison with the HO associates as well as overseas clients
Able to work as a part of a team and independently; multitasking, meticulous, and a mindset of proactive and willingness to do is critical to this role
