Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading bank currently looking for a months contractor to join their team.
Account Management Ops Specialist
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement and improve the system and workflows for Account management related task such as dormant account management, freeze/close customer accounts, statement and advices, fixed deposits and etc
- Perform daily operations on loans operations, credit admin, account management and domestic transfers
- Assist in other operation related BAUs such as payments and treasury settlement when needed
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Bachelor\'s degree, 3 years of experience in banking, preferably with branch operation experience
- Knowledge in various operations aspect like credit admin, loan operations, GIRO, FAST, PayNow will have added advantage
- Team player and self motivated
