Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Sales Compliance Duties as required by the Singapore Customer Development Team:

  • Gatekeeper for sales compliance processes i.e., manage sales promotion accruals and claims management process, update sales compliance forms & scorecards.
  • Monthly promotion accrual data entry into SAP
  • Liaise with Finance team on audit and sales compliance related tasks
  • Listing Forms, Internal & Retailer Master List maintenance, Promo claims data sorting
  • Generate management reports for month-end sales closing
Sales Operations Support (Modern Trade & General Trade):
  • Power user for internal ops management system, responsible for maintenance of key information (routing, new products, stores etc.), generating reports as required by the team, liaison on IT / system issues, lead system upgrades.
  • Support modern trade operations administrative tasks e.g., order forms, merchandiser incentive computation, monthly promotion brief.
  • Other ad-hoc support duties as required by the team
Sales Operations Support (E-commerce):
  • Routine tracking of campaign performance metrics across key e-tailers via data entry
  • Support in operational tasks for in-portal / out-portal marketing initiatives e.g., banner creation process, UTM links generation, follow-up liaison with retailers
  • Competition/Category Tracking: Screening and recording of competitors\xe2\x80\x99 mechanics
  • Other ad-hoc support duties as required by the team
Other administrative tasks as required, to the Singapore Customer Development Team. Essential Requirements:
  • Fresh Diploma graduates who are willing to take on this role in an administrative capacity are welcome to apply
  • Fair competency in SAP & Microsoft Excel
