Job Description
1. Pre-evaluation of borrower's capacity to loan2. Checking of the borrower's requirements3. Issuance of notices (compliance, cancellation, take-out, etc.) to borrowers4. Preparation of Contract to Sell (Inhouse) and HDMF or NHMFC pre-documents or Bank.5. Filing of accounts/ Deliver of accounts to HDMF or NHMFC or Banks6. Requesting house inspection to a Financing Facility7. Complying notice of deficiencies either issued by HDMF or NHMFC8. Compiling of technical documents for second filing of documents9. Requesting for TCT Redemption to Finance Department10. Requesting NOA Extension to HDMF11. Requesting of Borrower's Validation Seminar12. Requesting House Completion to Collection Dept. or Production Team13. Issuance of Billing Statement and assisting borrowers with the signing of documents14. Assisting borrower's daily concerns (i.e., housing loan application status, unit status, etc.)15. Issuance of Coll. Receipt or Official Receipt for taken-out accounts16. Endorsing of taken-out accounts to Property Management for move-in
17. Coordinating to the concerned department the technical compliance either for Accreditation or processing of housing loan application.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per monthSchedule:
