About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and strategic

Key Account Manager

to join our team. You'll be the trusted partner to some of our most important clients, ensuring their success and driving long-term business growth. This is a relationship-driven role -- one where understanding client needs, solving challenges, and delivering tailored solutions is key.

What You'll Do

Own and nurture relationships with key regional and global clients, acting as their main point of contact. Design account strategies that drive retention, growth, and satisfaction. Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver customised solutions. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success. Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and new business. Prepare regular performance and account reports while managing receivables.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar B2B environment. Strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of growing key accounts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and a proactive mindset. Experience with conglomerate accounts in industries such as

Healthcare, Medical Devices, Semiconductor, or Electronics

is an advantage.
