  • Perform and organize general administrative duties
  • Attend to customers enquiries and make necessary arrangements
  • Process delivery orders, issuance of invoice
  • Process daily incoming goods verification to customer
  • Handle and follow up on delivery/ shipment schedule
  • Handle basic correspondence and communication with customer/ supplier
  • Provide excellent and timely internal or external customer service related for shipment status/ coordination
  • Ensure stock inventory
  • Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • Have experience in logistics administration and customer support
  • \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Committed and able to work independently
  • Customer Service orientated
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a great work ethic and shows initiative
