Logistic Admin
Working location: Outram Road @ Tan Boon Liat Building
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Time: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Logistic
- Handling documentation / custom permit and incoming shipping arrangement.
- Liaising with shipping companies and internal department and ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Data entry on daily delivery, purchasing order, sales invoices, filling documents etc
- Answering phone calls and to liaise/co-ordinate with customers.
- Stock-talking and any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
