We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of our company\'s logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials are available when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team Player
