An exciting Logistic and Operations Coordinator (six months) job has just become available at one of the largest global animal health companies. About the Logistic and Operations Coordinator (six months) Role:
Reporting directly to the Market Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient planning and organisation of all warehousing and distribution activities to support the daily operations whilst acting as liaison and primary contact for providers and business customer service and management teams. You will also manage market delivery and will be required to manage relationships with market leadership, executing service level expectations and further developing the capabilities and talents of the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import/export process, ensure daily customer order fulfilment as per the established Service Level Agreements and relabelling activities as necessary
• Proactively keep constant interaction with marketing groups to inform results and gather business plans and intelligence
• Work with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure inventory accuracy in maintained at established levels whilst coordinating with LSP general processes of inventory management
• Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous goods and substances along with the appropriate use of warehouse management, distribution, transportation, reporting and/or any other systems to achieve efficient operations
• Effectively manage customer services inquiries/complaints and execute the materials acquisition for relabelling and warehouse operation

To succeed in this Logistic and Operations Coordinator (six months) role, you will need prior experience in ensuring compliance with the require regulations, policies and procedures and has prior experience in performing budgeting and expense control activities for warehousing, transportation, imports and relabelling processes. Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years\' experience in supply and logistics management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, electronics, automotive, retail or other industries with alignment to final customer requirements
• Proven ability to work in a complex international organisation which boasts an environment of competing priorities, with a demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation and across geographies
