Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reponsible for end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties
- Establish, manage, monitor and ensure supply are of dependable quality, price and delivery
- Present purchasing reports per shipment
- monitor/ follow-up purchase order and shipment-related matters
- Take appropriate action to resolve issues related to price/ quality/ quantity discrepancy/ delivery and documentation etc.
- Build and maintain supplier relationship
- Ensure accurate data entry into system
- Liaise with customers on shipping-related matters
- Ensure complete documentation
- Any other ad-hoc duties/ tasks as assigned.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to communicate in Mandarin due to a portion of suppliers out of China
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or equivalent preferred
- Able and willing to Travel
- Execellent work attitude
