• MNC Company
• 1 Year Contract - Renewable or Convertible to Perm
• Basic $2200 - $2800 + 1 month Completion Bonus
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm
• Jurong Island. Company Transport provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing and compilation of reports when requested
• Preparation, distribution, filing and maintenance of required documents for the department including HSEQ System, Shift Schedules, Blending and Color sorting List
• Issuing of material requisition and purchase orders for the department
• Arrangement and required documentation and record for proper disposal of waste from process and logistic operation
• Support in the monitoring and maintaining chemical stock balances
• Co-ordination & monitoring of training schedules such as SOC & First Aid courses, submission of training applications
• Liaising with vendors on purchasing of chemical and hardware products
• Update Sales department on daily acetic acid tank balance quantity
• Conduct monthly physical stock check
• Issuance of consumables and safety equipment e.g. Office Stationaries and PPE
• Preparation of Delivery Order for daily PVA transfer from plant to external warehouse
• Issuing of KAP PVA Weekly and Delivery Plan including external warehouses allocation
• Conducting inspection of samples when necessary
• Updating monthly raw material delivery price and quantity
• Co-Ordinate with return bags for samples taking request from QC
• Any other duties as delegated or required by the management

Requirements:

• GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 levels or equivalent
