Job Description

Summary:You will play a key role in managing and optimizing logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries related to shipping and airfreight, overseeing the booking of shipments, and coordinating daily activities with customers, warehouses, and freight forwarders. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate cycle count records, reconciling any stock discrepancies, and assisting with order processing to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment. Additionally, you will compile and analyze the monthly KPI report to monitor and enhance operational performance. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth and effective logistics operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.Details:

• Basic Salary: $2,000 to $3,400 (depending on relevant experiences)
• Paid OT
• AWS + Transport + VB
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Alt Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
• Working Location (can choose!):

1) Alps Ave (transport at AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)
2) Greenwich (near Tampines / Hougang)
3) Tampines Industrial Ave (near Tampines IKEA)Responsibilities:

• Address and manage customer inquiries related to shipping and airfreight, and oversee the booking of shipments.
• Facilitate daily operations by coordinating and communicating effectively with customers, warehouses, and freight forwarders.
• Maintain and manage accurate cycle count records to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies through reconciliation processes.
• Support the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Prepare and compute the monthly (KPI) report, providing insights into operational performance.
