- Receiving of incoming shipment/goods
- Check incoming shipment/goods for any discrepancies (cargo condition & quantity tally with documents) and inform all discrepancies to respective buyer via email
- Filing of all incoming documents
- Perform goods receipts in system
- Goods issue in system
- Update data in MS Excel
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
- Min \'O\' level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Meticulous and possess positive attitude
- Good sense of urgency
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient in computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 MS Word, Excel
- Must have Singapore forklift license
