Job Description
Logistic Coordinator (Jurong)
Salary: $2400-$3000
Working days/time: Mon-Fri 8.30-6pm
Location: Penjuru (Transport provided at Jurong East)
Benefit: AWS + Variable Bonus + AL + Medical
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy for raw materials warehouse (using system not physical duties)
- Arrange trucking for cross-border (Malaysia) and local delivery
- Coordinate shipment arrangement and schedule
- Liaise with customers or warehouse for the readiness of cargo to be delivered
- Prepare shipping documents including permit declaration
- Invoicing & filing
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- With relevant experience in similar field
