? Transport at Boon Lay/Serangoon

Job Duties:

• Perform the task of expediting (inbound and outbound), drop shipments, freight auditing and customs compliance.
• To ensure all shipments coming inbound and going outbound move as quickly as possible and are delivered within their schedule
• Resolve any issues associated with delays on any inbound or outbound shipments
• To ensure all shipments are proactively expedited through customs and are imported in accordance with customs compliance
• Identifying service failures in a timely manner and processed for credit approval according to the carrier guidelines
• When needed, move shipments as quickly as possible (next flight outs, hot shots, drop shipments, etc.)
• To provide timely international and domestic quotes or Consignment shipment at a minimum cost where service is not jeopardized
• To proactively research missing freight and file claim if needed

Requirements:

• Transportation industry experience is preferred.
• Forklift Certification or willing to complete
