About the Role:

Responsible of DC Warehouse inbound and outbound deliveries. Liaison with multiple parties including overseas vendors, customers, carrier, freight forwarders for shipment / transportation coordination and arrangement.

Main Responbilitities:

• Preparation of shipment in warehouse for collection, including preparing shipping documents
• Liaison with warehouse on preparation for cargo collection
• Prepare Packing List and check for required information such as Harmonized System (HS) Codes and Country of Origin. Fulfillment of other requirements, eg, photos of material, name plate of motor.
• Pre-alert shipment notification to inform customer of order readiness on ship to location and Business Unit.
• Monitor and follow up on collection of existing order
• Verify invoices related to warehouse, freight forwarders, transporters, courier services and cargo insurance agent to be submitted to accounts department for payment
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security
• Perform any other duties from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer service, organizational administration skill and attention to detail
