Job Requirement

• Commercialize the Logistic offering, by strengthening our value propositions as well as marketing them to our customers. Ensure profitability of the Logistic profit center.
• Continue to develop the team competency and strengthen our operating processes.
• Oversee the handling, stowage, and securing of cargo onboard vessels to optimize space utilization and ensure safe transport.
• Ensure that the team is fully aware on the use of our track & trace system and that all customers\' assets are managed via the system.
• Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and adherence to service level agreements
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as vessel turnaround time, cargo handling efficiency, and inventory accuracy, and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations within the marine company.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential incidents or disruptions in

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above with major in logistics, international trade or other related courses.
• Knowledge of the spare parts/goods import and export process, domestic and foreign express. Clear understanding on the various GST incentive schemes.
• Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.
• Experience in international forwarding, sea freight, and other land based operations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in foreign trade import and export operation.
• Knowledge of MS- Office tools and ERP system.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude, good communication\xef\xbc\x8c
• Problem solving and innovation skills
• A good judgment with the analytical skill
• Hold fast to Confidentiality Rules and Regulations
