Our client is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electronic components. The main role of this position is to control deliveries to customers and to create packing lists for deliveries.
You will be reporting to the General Manager.
\xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
Liaise with internal forwarder on delivery arrangement
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work
Providing guidance and direction to subordinates including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
Interprets and communicates work procedure and company policies to staff
Requirement

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field
Minimum 4 ~ 5 years experience in similar role in inventory, distribution and operations
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage a team of staff
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO9001 requirements

8:30 ~ 17:30
