Job Description
- To oversee the efficient and effective operations of warehouse and transport function. This includes managing the maintenance and operation of the company\'s fleet of vehicles.
- Oversee warehouse and operations team to ensure day-to-day smooth operation.
- Ensure that operation team are following company SOPs and regulations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as inventory levels, delivery on time, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs, etc.
- Develop and manage budgets for the warehouse and transport functions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the transportation of goods.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
