Job Description

Job Opportunities:
- Manage warehouse (3PL) operations of the regional hub
- Provide support in managing daily operations
- Ensure systems (WMS, TMS, S21) and warehouse processes are maintained and managed e.g. Proof of Delivery (POD) handling, goods return, receiving and dispatch processes
- Improve operational efficiency and performance in the Regional Hub/ Satellite
- Identify improvements and develop proposals; ensure standardization of global processes and procedures
- Manage project implementation of new technologies and procedures for the logistics
- Assist with development and refinement of a warehouse layout including proper location of goods
- Liaise with all relevant parties (e.g. management, suppliers and customers) on warehouse operations
- Maintain and preparing regular monthly productivity, KPI and safety reports
- Plan, manage and forecast operational expenses
- a Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing/distribution/ supply chain
- Candidates with experience liaising with 3PL is preferred
- Working knowledge of JDA WMS/ TMS and Microsoft Power BI will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
