Job Description


Logistics Admin:

  • Process orders from customers & prepare all shipping documents required for export delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely receives of POs and monitoring of the blanket purchase orders.
  • Liaison work with Government Agent/Supplier/Vendor/Local & Foreign freight agent to ensure smooth delivery/shipping schedule.
  • Manage export/ import requirements from customers from time to time.
  • Prepare documents and import/export clearance for overseas shipments.
  • Sort out shipping docs, Invoices, and delivery orders to the accounts department and daily filing.
  • Any other logistics or administrative duties which your immediate supervisor may assign from time to time.
