Job Description


  • Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments document & couriers.
  • Arrange shipping documentation & custom declaration/clearance.
  • Liaise and coordinate to update customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • The working hours will change accordingly for any operational needs.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level
  • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
