Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Perform Inbound Order Processing, monitoring & follow up for on-time receipt completion.
  • Scan, release and prepare inbound tags for warehouse team to perform physical put-away.
  • Monitor, investigate and submit warehouse discrepancy claim report.
  • Verify forwarder Inbound receiving documents are correct before performing receipt into SAP System.
  • Assist in data entry for warehouse reporting.
  • Support claims / return process.
  • Other tasks assign by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Emails for reporting. With or without SAP knowledge is also acceptable.
  • A good team player with a positive job attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a customer on-site warehouse facility office.
  • Ability to organize and handle stress.
