We're on the lookout for a Logistics Administrator to join our HQ team. This position will ensure on the effective supply and distribution process and perform various administrative duties. Training: Training programs and Individualised Career Plan provided What you will do: Twice a month physical inventory check for wine and beverage & stock update plan for replenishment of stock. Once a month physical inventory check for retails store items & disposable items. Once a week physical inventory check on cheese and cold cuts. Twice a week stock update to each outlet. Forecasting the disposable supplier stock level on yearly basis to avoid shortage for smooth operation (Wine bags, carrier bags and coffee cups, coaster, Marketing materials) with ordering process and replenishment. Negotiating with local suppliers and looking for new suppliers with the most competitive prices to offer. Building good relationships will all suppliers. Placing orders to all spirits for Concept store. Handling and placing order for supplier Duval Leroy. Monitoring the stock level for the 5g chocolate, Tea's and placing order to avoid shortage. Manage stock control and arrange delivery for Oat milk and Matcha powder, plates and bowls, Merci Marcel and French Fold enamel cup use by all outlets. Send the final figures of products receiving for QB update. Reservation of air freight dates to Airfrigo and monitoring the arrival of cargo in Singapore. Monitoring Sea Shipment ETA and arranging handling of cargo. Liaising with building management or security personnel prior to shipment delivery (Air and Sea). Checking quantity and weight received through shipment. Once a month 3 months average sales report on the movement of stock (Wine & Beverage). Twice a month 86 report for future planning of replenishments. Once a month disposables monthly consumption for each outlet. Once a week QB report. Arranging inspection booking for cold cuts upon shipment delivery. Liaising with the kitchen to carefully assist the inspection. Liaising to SFA inspector and closely monitoring the result of the inspection. Liaising with cost control in regards to each outlets' discrepancies in stock (floor and kitchen). Answering all queries from outlets regarding the new labels, products, stock availability, discrepancies in their stock etc. Handling of issuance of uniform requests from HR department for new joiners and replacement uniforms. Handling receipts and document etc. from Finance. Handling outlets' equipment for floor and kitchen. Preparing and checking the total amount of delivery service charge. Printing and laminating of marketing materials. Disposing of documents, receipts and other HQ materials. Source for assistance to handle the cargo for sea shipment. Join us if you are: .
