Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm
- Location: Clementi
- Bonus: AWS + VB
- Identify and assess client requirements, manage the processing of customers\' orders, and prepare proposals and tender documents.
- Monitor the performance of third-party logistics providers against key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectively manage costs associated with logistics operations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations to identify areas for continuous improvement, evaluating associated risks with different approaches to process changes.
- Collaborate with senior management to secure buy-in for implementing identified solutions aimed at enhancing business processes and operations.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in order management/business process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment, ability to transition from Strategy to Hands-On mentality to deliver success criteria.
