Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Leverage on lean principles to increase operational performance and optimise warehouse resources, creating value for internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Spearhead continuous improvement projects within the warehouse, from process gap identification to solution design and implementation, as well as operational change management

\xc2\xb7 Support the Operations Manager in the monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account P&L

\xc2\xb7 Partner with the Key Account Manager in business development efforts through maintenance of customer satisfaction and solutioning of value creation opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Innovation, Automation, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) team to implement new technology or fine-tune existing solutions within the warehouse

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the Operational Excellence (OpEx) community by sharing knowledge of best practices and new solutions, and participating in technical trainings and focus group workshops

\xc2\xb7 Support the OpEx core team in OpEx-led events and group collaterals

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant specialization

\xc2\xb7 Awareness and understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement tools

\xc2\xb7 Strong in data crunching and analysis

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables)

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in VBA / SQL / database management structure is not necessary but will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with presenting and communicating with customers and stakeholders within all levels of the organisation

\xc2\xb7 Good and adaptive team player with strong interpersonal skills
