Logistics Analyst

Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury FMCG environment they are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst to join the team! This is an entry level position where you will manage 3PL activities, participate in annual stock takes and maintain a lean warehouse.

Job scope:

• Understand warehouse operation activities managed by 3PL
• Lead and manage 3PL in warehouse activities to achieve consistent and high-level productivity and performance.
• Work on disposal of non-movement and slow mover SKUs to maintain a LEAN warehouse.
• Conduct monthly analysis on different packing unit SKU data and update in system.
• Follow-up on damaged goods shipments settlement.
• Participate in annual stock take.
• Participate in meetings with planners and 3PL to ensure KPIs are met.
• Ensure high accuracy level of inventory.
• Work on monthly reports link to storage occupancy, safety, stock data management and improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• 1 year of experience in logistics/warehousing is an added advantage
• Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
