Job Title: Logistics and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, oversee, and optimize daily logistics and warehouse operations.


2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


3. Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including training and performance reviews.


4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.


5. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance metrics.


6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in warehouse operations.


7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.


8.Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.


2. At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.


3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.


4. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and data analytics tools.


5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


6. Knowledge of Singapore's logistics and warehousing regulations is an advantage.


7.Excellent planning and organizational skills .


8.Team leadership and management skills .

Need to work PH and weekend and night shift based on bussiness demand.
