Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.
Perform Deliveries.
Perform transactions in SAP system.
Reverse Logistics (Returns, NCR).
Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons).
Conduct cycle count, annual stock take.
Readily to cover other branch when required.
Coordinate with all branch for inter-branch store transferring
Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents
Generate monthly report to superior
Perform daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, sorting, stuffing, un-stuffing, loading & un-loading according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure that all products received are in good conditions and report to the supervisor if there are any defects.
Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record on SAP system.
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing.
Class 4 license is required
Experience in SAP/ forklift license will be an added advantage.
Willing to work half day on Saturdays.
