Position Title: Logistics Assistant/ Logistics & Inventory Coordinator
Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative functions in the Warehouse/ Logistics department, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform monthly stock take.
Liaise with various departments to prepare and deliver equipment and parts to customers.
Ensure correct items are picked and issued, verify condition of received stock, and maintain accurate labelling.
Assist in optimizing space utilization and perform order processing tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
