Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible to co-ordinate for the safe, efficient and on-time administration of cargos. He is required to load and unload cargo, goods and products and support replenishment activities.
Being a part of a team, he supports warehousing operations. He is also required to be familiar with the specialised handling procedures, where applicable. He also interfaces with customers, and exercises good customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
- Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
- Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
- Perform continuous improvement activities
- Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
- Work with team members to support technology projects
- Perform transport operations within resources and cost allocation
- Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items
- Possess traits of Cargo Lifting (Logistics) & Cargo Security Control (Logistics)
- Possess traits of Decision Making; Digital Fluency & Collaboration
