Job Description

• Organize and coordinate logistics activities (reception, stock management, orders generation, shipping, scrap, inventory, dashboards).
• Ensure compliance with required processing times of internal and external customer commitments (24 hours maximum).
• Management of all Logistics Agreement between logistics customer and organization.
• Supporting Logistics Manager by consolidating & supporting daily transactions (performance report, status report, etc)
• Ensure compliance of import and export documents under the Major Exporter Scheme (MES).
• Perform standby duties (AOG) on rotation basis.
• Ensure customer priorities requirements: AOG, Trading, CSO, etc.
• Ensure compliance with instructions and operating procedures.
• Ensure Hazardous goods\' regulations are adhered to.
• Ensure an appropriate reporting to management about production.
• Ensure no discrepancies and maintain quality procedures.
• Produce daily and periodic performance indicators.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Ensure the tidiness of the dedicated work spaces.

Requirements

• GCE \'O\'/\'N\' Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics/Transportation.
• At least 1-2 years related experience in logistics/warehousing environment preferred. Those without experience but with the right aptitude may be considered.
• Required to carry heavy items, due to the nature of the job.
• Able to work under pressure and perform OT when required.
• Able to operate electric stacker/forklift/reach truck.
• Forklift license certification is a plus.
• Able to perform 24/7 AOG standby duties (on rotating basis, allowances given).
• Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
