To ensure all inbound cargo/goods, together with supporting documents are thoroughly checked upon receiving. To ensure all outbound shipments, must only be released upon submission of relevant supporting documents by the receiver. To ensure the receiver acknowledges all outbound cargo (through proper documentation) in good condition. Any discrepancy(s) for inbound and outbound cargoes must be immediately reported to the superior and documented. Any cargo/goods outside the warehouse must be properly canvassed.
