Description:

• Tasked to drive the transformation efforts in supporting a project for an automated issuance and retrieval system.
• To maintain the stock level and trigger replenishment or replacement of equipment and consumables.
• Housekeeping of warehouse/ store/ site.
• Storage Management: Stocktaking, housekeeping etc.
• Inbound Processing: Verification of data, tagging, repacking, sorting etc.
• Outbound processing: Sorting, tagging, issuing etc.

Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week, shift hours
• 9am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am. (Off day & Rest day)

Work Location:

• Clementi

Salary:

• up to $2,600 + shift allowance

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/NITEC certification or with relevant experience and/or equivalent education
• A keen understanding and knowledge on the latest up-to-market technologies in the realm of self-service, RFID, wireless connectivity, blockchain etc.
• Well-verse in warehouse management system, Good understanding of the daily operations work flow and processes.
• Good interpersonal skills - The constant need to engage internal stakeholders for processing and managing warehouse stocks inventory.
• Comfortable in warehouse environment handling Goods Receiving, using of mobile handheld devices for operations.
• To be a team-player
• Work with the respective teammates to ensure accuracy of the inbound and outbound transactions.
• Sense of urgency with good follow through the internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 need and requirement is always changing and last minute.
• Knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Words. Outlook, Warehouse management system.
• Must be contactable 24/7 for any contingency operations requirement.
• May require to work at odd-shift hours.
