Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares/Creates trucking expenses and liquidation entries in Jeonsoft System
• Monitors and implements strategies to ensure timely submission of necessary delivery documents (DR/EIR) and reports status on a daily basis
• Monitors the status of deliveries (FCL and LCL) during assigned shift and books deliveries via TABS
• Ensures proper documentation of any irregularity encountered during deliveries and keeps the concerned parties informed
• Receives billings/invoices from suppliers, validates the charges and check the completeness of the attached documents
• Coordinates with operations, Sales, Trucking or trucking suppliers regarding any discrepancy with the bills vs. the existing buying rates and informs concerned parties of any exception from the standard operating procedure
• Coordinates with trucking suppliers regarding any concern relating to the deliveries
• Keeps himself/herself updated and aware of the market trends, fluctuation of fuel prices and other factors
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Trucking Head

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year Course
• Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Organized and meticulous; with good computer skills
• Has the ability to work well under pressure
• Keen to details and has good analytical skills
• Knowledge about logistics and trucks in particular is an advantage
• Willing to extend beyond the normal working hours
• Amenable to report to Makati office onsite on a daily basis

• Monday to Friday

• 13th month salary
