Logistics Assistant
- Track deliveries - incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and maintain documents - packing list, invoices, insurance, BL, DN
- Ordering stocks - assist to source and procure vendors, parts and materials
Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + VB (1-3 months)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth shipments (inbound and outbound)
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for scheduling
- Work with production teams to source and procure vendors for parts and materials needed
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations - receiving, checking, QA/QC
- Maintain documents - packing lists, invoices, insurance, BL, DN
- Min. Nitec/Diploma in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management or any other similar field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management
